Shipping & Delivery Policy

Our Shipping Process

• Once you have placed an order for skincare on this website, you will receive an Order Confirmation Email. 

• We aim to process your order within 48 hours of receipt.

• Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email to let you know its been dispatched and how to track it (if available).

• Shipping (in the UK) usually takes 3-7 days. We typically use Royal Mail 48 hour tracking service, but reserve the right to use other couriers (with or without tracking facilities).

• International shipping varies by destination, and may take up to 28 days.

• For UK customers, in the unlikely event you have not received your Room14 skincare product within 10 days of ordering, please contact us via email and we will investigate. 

• If you unable to accept our delivery, please liaise directly with the courier delivery company for delivery options (e.g. safe place, neighbours, etc). 

• While we endeavour to keep our postage and packaging fees to a minimum, delivery charges are subject to change without notification. You will always be notified of the exact delivery charges at the checkout. 

• Damaged and/or faulty products may be subject to our Refund & Returns Policy
