Once you have placed an order for skincare on this website, you will receive an Order Confirmation Email.

Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email to let you know its been dispatched and how to track it (if available).

Shipping (in the UK) usually takes 3-7 days. We typically use Royal Mail 48 hour tracking service, but reserve the right to use other couriers (with or without tracking facilities).

International shipping varies by destination, and may take up to 28 days.

For UK customers, in the unlikely event you have not received your Room14 skincare product within 10 days of ordering, please contact us via email and we will investigate.

If you unable to accept our delivery, please liaise directly with the courier delivery company for delivery options (e.g. safe place, neighbours, etc).

While we endeavour to keep our postage and packaging fees to a minimum, delivery charges are subject to change without notification. You will always be notified of the exact delivery charges at the checkout.
